Winter Tharja +Spd/-HP

I mean, out of all of the bad stat spreads that one doesn't really touch on anything important. She'll have 40 HP, which is still pretty great, and she'll be at 21 SPD, which is still really poor.

If you get a better IV one then great, but this one is pretty useable. Treat her as a neutral IV W!Tharja and you should be fine. That's my thoughts on the matter.
