Winter Lissa: +Def or +Atk Slaying Axe? Death or Sturdy Blow?

I'm planning on going offensive with her, utilizing her Bold Fighter. Which is the better refinement and the better A skill? I'm leaning on +Def and Sturdy Blow to take little more damage from initiating.

For me i sticked with handbell for defense phase. For my a skill i went with sturdy blow so when bonfire procs i'd just laugh at all the enemies and watch then explode lol

Oh and def refinement for bigger explosions and as a sponge for all incoming enemies. Gave her +3 distant def seal for magic sponge as well

I would go +def refinement and sturdy blow. That extra 2 damage won't make as much of a difference compared to 4 def in both cases. Plus if using in arena sturdy blow is worth more than death blow. It also adds an extra 6 damage to Ignis(if using it, which you should unless doing Galefore or Aether).
