Winter Chrom and who to promote

1. Two Winter Chroms, one HP+/Def- and the other Atk+/Res-. Which is the better one to train up?

2. Sitting on 80,000 feathers and wondering who would be best to promote to 5-star. The choices are:

Cordelia Atk+/HP-
Athena Spd+/HP-
Michalis
Berkut
Clarisse

There are some others, but I'll need to train them up. Honest opinions are very welcome.

For Chrom, I'm not sure either, but i'm leaning towards the +atk, because while a def or res bane are comparable, an atk boon is better than HP in most situations.
For those units though, +Atk Cordelia is EXCELLENT, just throw death blow, drag back/hit and run, and threaten def if available onto her, and she wrecks. I think Athena has a lot of potential as a unit but I haven't looked into building her and idk how good she really is. Michalis is reliable and has a new weapon upgrade, so not a bad choice either, though he'll need some investment depending on the build you run

HP+ is good for Panic Ploy, so there is that to consider.

I don't have a spare Klein to get all three levels of Death Blow, but I do have some spare Clair and Peri to burn for Cordelia. I'll look up Michalis and see what I have to make use for him.
