Wings of Mercy for Olivia or Azura?

I have two dancers right now. An Azura with -spd +def and a neutral olivia. Both are leveled up to about 30. I have two Cains which i am planning to sacrifice to give wings of mercy to either of these two. Should i use Azura, Olivia or use both? Should i give WoM to both of them?

I run Wings of Mercy on both and highly recommend it. I originally left Ninian with Escape Route but I've decided to inherit Wings of Mercy to her once I get more fodder.

Blitz both those Cains and send them straight to your dancers. There are plenty of other characters that *can* use WoM, but everything else is just for effectively experimental and gimmicky purposes, where there are other B's that can be used. Dancers need WoM for maximum efficiency, and it's easily their ultimate B-slot choice.

Get at least WoM 2 on both of your dancers.

I use a Ninian and Olivia, Both with WoM3
for both work in the same way in support.

About Azura I am not aware if that are good IVs, but in general WoM3 can help you a lot if used by dancer.
