Windsweep+Brash Assault?

So we know that Ephraim's Pursuit cancels out the "unit can't perform a follow-up attack when initiating" and Windsweep cancels out Pursuit's ability to perform a follow-up attack when above 90% health.
This means that Ephraim can double a unit he initiates on as long as he out-speeds them and they can't counter.

So I was just wondering if the same would work for Wind/Watersweep if they had the brash assault seal and went under 50% health.

No because Brash Assault specifically dictates 'when attacking an opponent that can counter' and Windsweep takes that right away.

The main difference is that Brash Assault states “that can counter” and Ephraim’s Siegmund states “unit’s HP >= 90%”. Brash Assault will not work because Sweep skills remove the enemy’s ability to counter attack whilst Sigmund always works when he’s above 90% HP.

“If unit initiates combat and unit’s HP >= 90%, unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack.”

You may be reading the old, incorrect one. The change is mentioned on the Notification Board.
