Windsweep build for +spd ephraim worth it???

I currently run the support build of rally def/res TA lance breaker and hone spd for blade tome Katarina. But what about his new refined build from sacred spears video? (didn't make the build yet just hypothetical):

Pseudo brash refined siegmund
Reposition
Bonfire (or maybe a different special stronger than his old moonbow)
Swift sparrow (or darting blow if he truly needs max spd)
Windsweep
Hone spd
Spd +3 seal
He won't buff as many stats as my Eirika on the team anymore but he still gives support to katarina with more atk and spd on top of her swift sparrow. Nevertheless I'm just wondering if his windsweep is legit for my +spd Ephraim

Imo, the windsweep ephriam is not worth. You need a lot of investment into speed just to be able to pull it off. The Ephriam you described, with swift sparrow and Speed +3, only reaches 36 speed. With Phantom speed and darting blow however, you can manage to reach 45 speed upon initiation. That is pretty high and might allow you to pull it off, but there are so many better ways of running ephriam that it's not worth. He can still be used as a support role, now giving 1 more attack, and still be able to function on his own, but that windsweep could be replaced with something like renewal to heal off the damage you take and get beck within the health range and your seal and A slot are also free for whatever. This is an extremely player phase oriented ephriam so if you can manage to make it work, go for it.
