Who is a good candidate for Windsweep 3? I pulled a bad IV Alm

No one has come up for a great use for it yet. The best option currently is to put it on a speedy debuffer, like a dagger user, but even then other B slots and units may be superior.

+speed Corrin(f) with the phantom speed seal will deny any return attack by units of speed 41 and under in melee when she attacks to use her dark breath debuff on the enemy team without accounting for her chosen a slot and is one of the better users for it that we currently have besides maybe Kagero or Jaffar.

Using it on Corrin (F) would have been good if dark breath debuffed the target, but it does not, it only debuffs enemies around the target. Thus, windsweep corrin will deal mediocre damage with a pitifully low attack and being denied of her second attack.

The whole point is to trigger that debuff to the others safely. She does mediocre damage regardless anyways and the whole reason you use her is a debuff tank so it's fine. your allies with ranged attacks can clean up her target.

Wait, does that mean that there are good IV Alm's?

On a more serious note, having build a crappy Alm and equally crappy Soren over the course of the August summoning orgy, I've been trying to figure out how to use sweep skills, sadly to no avail so far.

My ultimate conclusion is that these skills are simply flawed beyond salvage. Their ideal use cases are so niche and the other B skills are so much better and more straightforward.

I went ahead and built up my Soren since one can't have too many green mages these days for arena assault and whatnot. Not sure if I'll ever build my Alm (way too many physical units in line ahead of him). I will hold on to both in case the skills every do become useful though.
