Windsweep

Nothing really imo. the only times a character has enough power to kill reliably with 1 attack is when it's Reinhardt or Gronnblade+ Cecilia with Horse buffs. being forced to 1 attack means you will have to go to the enemy phase and quite frankly a super high power brave anything build to ensure the unit is dead with 1 engage is much safer and more reliable.

Pulling for Alm just for windsweep is a pretty terrible idea anyways, unless you don't care how much you spend on orbs.

Best to put it on a ranged unit. Dagger units preferably because there will be no repercussions against distant counter units and they will be debuffed.

Jaffar or Clarisse might be good windsweep users, as they may not ORKO many units but can debuff pretty well.
