Rexcalibur isn't a tornado. Wind's Brand comes from the bottom od the target.

It's like a tornado, or the akin to the rexcalibur animation in Path of Radiance minus the cool ice part. But on a different note does anyone notice that there isn't any sound for Wind's Brand?
