Will you fight the Knight

I was going through some of Phoenixmaster1's videos and decided to rewatch his Unit Review of Black Knight. Seeing one of the most expensive sets, I figured that this build might just work out for my +1 merged Black Knight.

A Skill: Distant Defense 3(got one extra Rhajat)
B Skill: Vengeful Fighter 3(already inherited)
C Skill: Threaten Defense 3(already inherited)
Sacred Seal: Distant Defense 3(might replace with Deflect Magic 3 since DD3 is essential for my Winter Tharja should I run into Reinhardt)
Assist Skill: Swap
Special: Black Luna obviously

Honest opinions are appreciated.

Deflect Magic wouldn't do much for him do since he'd counter beetween attacks unless the enemy uses Desperation or they cancel his counter somehow (or if they're using Dire Thunder, but if your best bet against that is BK, you have a problem).

I'll probably use Panic Ploy on him then, though my +1 neutral Amelia does it better.
