Will Tobin Ever Come Back?

Ye. Wanting to complete the hero catalog is a very good point so he will be back at some point in some way...but probly not in TT, there will be RIOTS if thats the case........

I don’t think he is. Sorry man. He just isn’t in enough demand. Black Knight on the other hand might do considering his popularity.

This remembers me of my good old days playing Warframe. There were some specific weapons which were extremely rare because they were only optainable in one event and never again later. Not that they were any good some years later, but they had such an immense collective value, that you were hated and respected if you had them. They were introduced again later, in a small rotating event, so I guess the point of hero rotation might be good. Will take some time however.

I was not playing around the time he came out so I myself would like to have him return in some kind of way.

Oh heeeeeeell No!!! I don't want Tobin ever coming back. I easily could have gotten his 5☆ but flat out refused to get it, I loathe having him as a 4☆ as is. He is the embodiment of grinding as you have to completely toss out his entire base kit and start from scratch with him, not to mention that he's A. In an oversaturated selection pool where there are Sooooooooooo many better options B. He is limited specifically to only a +1 Which hampers him even further in comparison to everyone else in the long run and C. He's really not even that good anyways to begin with. You have to heavily invest in Tobin alittle too much for my tastes to make him remotely decent.

Yes, Masked Lucina literally had 0 skills aside from her Falchion but even she had much much better stats to work with.
