will Atk/def bond and CD/DD stack?

tilte says it. will it be +11 or only +6?

Yes, they do stack. "During Combat" buffs always stack. So, having Close Def 3 and Atk/Def Bond 3 will give you +5 Atk/ +11 Def /+6 Res during combat. Same for Distant Def.
