Most of the people are mad because they didn't get what they expected. And I'm just thankful for getting at least something.

They are mad because they all got something they already told IS on mass that we didn't want. This slows characters from getting into the game and "New" heroes was our way of getting them. What's new about them? I have them already. There's a difference between being appreciative and accepting mediocrity. If we don't express our discontent they'll be encouraged to do it again rather than things we want, right?

I had to login to say I absolutely agree with you. You say "something is better is nothing" and you get "yeah, or umm, we could have gotten something we liked over something we didn't" in response.

As a person who is still waiting on Nyx I understand people are upset, but IS has already gone out of their way to announce banner plans months in advance, since they know the climate concerning alts and Camilla in general.

Playing devil's advocate now, I'd make Camilla alts too when the vast majority of the community keeps ranking her in the top 10 in CYL! Not doing so is bad business!

I'm fine. I'll be skipping the banner anyway, so it's not like I really care.

People react differently to things, and if people wanna be mad by another Camilla alt then let them. Lol

I would rather have gotten nothing or like one orb instead of pissing several people off (including me) and wasting our time for a banner for hardcore Fates Fanboys (nothing against them).
I'm just sick and tired of seeing the same shit over and over again.

Just the feeling of having 200 orbs back then as a new player and getting nothing but a Siegbert as a pity breaker and after that never having a chance to summon for him again.

You're absolutely right. I have been spending too much money on this game, and stopped playing as much simply to curb my desire to play, but I knew that new banners would always be a pull, especially while I am still trying to ween myself off. Banners like this legitimately encourage me to feel good about saving money and enabling me to put the game down a bit. On a personal level I don't mind the shitty banner.

As a huge fan, I'm disgusted that there's ANOTHER flying red tome and just more dragons to feed into the Meta Mill. My new theory is that they are really fleshing out the pool of Dragon units, which dominate everything, because they will eventually release Laguz, or some other powerful new Meta. which will have some of edge over dragons and therefore a huge demand and give them a way to employ a power creep in a new direction.

I also think that putting up banners that your customer base are happy to NOT buy is a bad business decision because it blatantly encourages players to abandon the game to varying degrees, and businesses can often make stupid business decisions when their bottom line isn't as stable any more.
