Why is Ryoma on the voting gauntlet?

Because the New Year side of the gauntlet are all Hoshidan characters. Supposedly it should have been New Year Corrin but it seems IS has others plans for him and he will be give as a reward in the near future judging from the Japanese twitter.

Honestly idk. Heres my guess. IS says we can't have Corrin yet. Even tho he isn't that good. Y tho?
