Why is Nowi S+ tier...

I don't know. I just don't want to see a Nowi around every corner

+Def-Hp is her best, but +Def-Spd is still good

She has natural Lightning Breath, She has a bulky statline and she's really easy to +10 compare to some premium dragons

Forgot to mention that her colour is a natural counter to falchion users

Ye its mainly her color and statline. The others dont play much of a role in the grand scheme of things

It's a tier list, don't take it too seriously. Nowi has good flexibility with her builds, so that may be it.

I remember the days I used to give a shit about tier lists. Then I got good at the game and realized I could make my own.

-hp is best bane. Best boon depends on your needs for her. +spd, +def, and +res are all very good, as is +atk.
