Why I always get the opposite of best iv

Here are what I got in my recent 5 stars
F.Celica -Atk + def
F. Robin -Atk + spd x 2
Mia - Atk + res
Ike -atk + res
Like -Atk + res ( good that we have a free Ike)
Sigurd -Atk + def
Kchrom -atk +hp
Wtharja -Atk + spd
S.robin -spd + res
Roderick -spd + ??( don't care anymore)

It appears to me the IV system is not random. The chance of getting bad IV are much higher, especially -Atk. The good side is that some of these units have sky high attack and a few points down doesn't make the units unviable. To be honest, I do get a +hp-res Hardin, which is totally fine but except that, all of the recent 5 stars are crappy IV. Maybe it is just my luck but what do you guys think?
