Why this Eirika hate?

I have waited this moment for months.
Lot of uselees and undesired legendary heroes but not my Queen.
People only cries for evefything.
Snif 3rd Armads Hector snif
Snif that Ryoma class snif
Snif no Roy Snif no Alm snif

Roy already had 2 alts and who care about Alm? Eirika is much better.

I’m not sure. I personally like this new legendary hero recently I haven’t cared if I got them or not. However Eirika is one I definitely want to pick up.

Well, do keep in mind, not everyone likes Eirika.

Eirika in her story is extremely naive and doesn't learn much from her stories.

But then we have characters like Alm who conquer gods and have an interesting lesson.
We have Seliph who battles against his parents fates and frees Julius from his bloodlines own faults.
We have Ephraim who grows into a man from a guerilla fighter, learning that not all that is evil, is as it seems, learning as much from Lyon (something Eirika doesnt even do mind you).
We have Ike who perseveres to save the world, becoming known as the greatest hero.
We have Robin who sacrificed himself for all, not knowing he could or couldn't return.

But I think it's honestly a mix of the lackluster art, the fact that she's not the most popular lady around (reasons stated above IMO), and that her skills, though interesting, are nothing great.

She's her infantry version on a horse. We don't need another glass cannon that is no longer a supporting unit, but instead another offensive unit that gives up it's B Slot to take a hit and proc Super Luna once before being relegated to the sidelines to avoid dying in any arena setting.

However, I speak for myself. Anybody can refute my point and I wouldn't mind.

To me though. It's just cause she's lackluster. Honestly I think Corrin has more common sense than Eirika. She gave Fomortiis the last sphere and helped him in the end. Corrin actually wasn't a total idiot when in Valla, and that's something I never thought I'd say XD

Well I like how pure and innocent she is. She is the Kindness made lord. She would be probably the best queen around all female lords after war.

And her kit and xlass on FEH are actually what it must be. A red cavalry sword. And a Eirika version of LEphraim.
I would only change her weapon effect, being strongeer when there are more allies than enemies.

Total purity is Deirdree. Eirika is just a bland, empty stereotype female protag that's too naive to see the bad in people. It's, in Ephraim's words, Disgusting

Celica is good but has a dark side, Deirdre is actually pure, not naive. Lyn is cool but kinda bland (not as much as Eirika, at least Lyn grows story wise a bit), Micaiah has actual reason and logic, Lucina has a story to tell, and Corrin is dumb, kindhearted, but not as dumb as Eirika is story wise.

I disagree.
That "naive" attitude is what makes her ORIGINAL around all female lords, and interesting. And is not naive, she is just innocent and a good person, how everyone should be. She is most intersted on saving people than killing enemies. Thats what a real lord should do. So, I said, she would be a better lord than the rest of the female ladies.
Deirdre is just boring.

Once more. Being kind, doesn't mean you should give away a fucking orb that holds a fragment of a demon lords soul to somebody not in their right mind cause you wanna trust them.

Being far too inncent and kind doesnt make a good character, those are the casualties of war. Sigurd died because of it, Chrom died in the main universe because of that. Corrin almost got everyone killed. Celica got boned over by the bad guys, Marth trusted Hardin and that didnt end well, etc.

Sure, not all characters must be nitty and gritty. But Eirika isn't better than Micaiah who wants to make the world a better place, not just smile at it.

Not better than Lucina who came back to save humanity from well, death itself.

I'd be willing to compare Eirika with Celica due to levels of dumb. (Give baddy thing they want cause maybe they'll be good and not hurt us).

You can kinda tell I don't like her. Her cardboard, too nice, too naive. And that naivette, is not original. It belonged to Celica first, and then Deirdre, etc. She's one of a long line of bland, naive protagonist women in FE, so she's not original or unique. She a member of her archetype, just like Ephraim is a member of Hector's, and Ike before him.

You can not like her but most of people voted for her and she got so high on both CYL so she is not that bad character has you think and you guess.

I never assumed she wasn't a character people liked. I said I didnt like her. And if we're going by popularity overall, Lucina and Lyn are better loved than Eirika, consdiering they got picked faster than she did in CYl1.

No matter, Ike before him, or X before him, if I'm not mistaken, is a phrase use to denote that he is also part of a group. Albeit I may have used the phrase in a wrong way (though I think it's OK IMO), but still. The fans like Lyn, Lucina, Veronica and even Celica more than Eirika.

Yes and I know people like Lyn, Lucina and Celica more than Eirika. But Eirika still be the 6th most voted (CY1) character from ALL FEMALES heroes in all Fire Emblem.

But Lyn and Lucina already had their Legendary versions, and Celica had Brave Version recently so they were not options right now for a legendary hero.

Who miss? Eirika, Deirdre and Micaiah, Roy, Alm, Sigurd, Seliph etc etc

Who is more loved between all of them? Roy, yes. But Roy has 3 alts, and looks like they discarted him (or he will maybe the legendary version on march with the new FE6 banner). Who is the next? BINGO! EIRIKA.

Because this legendary is a red sword cavalry unit. And we already got sooooo many red sword cavalry units...
Come one ! So many great units in this category : Sigurd, WT reinhardt, siegbert, brave roy, Eldigan, Xander... Enough !
And in green axe cavalry ? Walhart ? What else ?

Who cares about Alm

Ever since L.Lyn came out literally everyone kept hoping for Red Bow L.Alm to come out

My guess is that it's due to people having problems with her similar to their problems with Celica: that a single choice they made automatically turns it into a "never live it down" situation and apparently that alone makes them a bad character.

Additionally, I think it's funny that people throw around the "bland anime girl" label and then use Alm, of all people, to "prove" that he's the exact opposite when he himself is a "generic harem anime protagonist." He never does anything wrong, he never fails at anything, he has girls falling over him as soon as they meet him, and to put the cherry on top, by the end of the story, everything comes up Alm, while Celica gets shat on for being a human character with human flaws.

Yeah it's clearly visible that you never played Gaiden or Echos. Doesn't matter really.

He's the generic anime protagonist sure thing, like nearly every lord in the series. He does never something wrong or never fails anything? He killed his cousin and his own father. Seems like he did never something wrong. He has girls fall for him as soon as they meet him? He had 3 potential girls, Cecila, Faye and Clare. Cecila and Faye being childhood friends and Clare was for some time being in love with him and still came together with Gray. Damn he has such a big harem. Everything comes up to Alm? He did nearly everything. Seems fair. Cecila being human? She doesn't want people to die and then runs to Duma to letting herself killed, complettly ignoring Alm's and her Friends feelings for her. Clever Human right there. But hey atleast she wanted to help Alm all the time before that right? If she didn't do that "one single choice" Alm didn't need to kill her, breaking down in tears. Thank god she did that right? Mila would have been alive too if she didn't do that "one single choice" of her.
Yeah I also don't see why Alm is such a cool and way more unique character then Eirika and Celica.

I don't see any failure or wrongdoing in killing Berkut and Rudolf. Berkut was too far gone to be saved. Alm did him a favor. Regarding Rudolf, 1) Rudolf was the instigator in this situation, he just had a very poor way of going about it and 2) Alm didn't know they were related most of the game.

I'm not going to disagree with you and say that Eirika is a good or interesting character. Not hate-worthy, but not great or particularly interesting.
