Why don't I just promote Reinhardt +hp/-spd already?

I got 40k feathers right now and plenty looking to promote. I just got a Reinhardt 4* for the first time. The profile page seems to make an argument that he should only be +atk. Is it that big a deal if I promote him at his neutral attack?

He'll miss some kills on greens, while +atk will grant him the leisure to kill majority of greens
I don't think it's a big deal, but, more firepower to him always helps

If you want to promote a Reinhardt that isn't +atk, I hope you're prepared to give him DB3, Atk+1 and S-support him to make up for the 3 atk difference.

Here is a meta Reinhardt with +atk, unbuffed:
134 wins · 10 losses · 24 draws

And here is a meta Reinhardt without +atk, unbuffed:
113 wins · 16 losses · 39 draws

Big difference in arena play especially.

Ya unless its merged +10 you cant really use him to stay in high tier arenas anyways.

He is still a good unit to promote regardless esp for arena assault and can still carry you through TT

Guys, if there is a way to get a +atk Reinhardt please tell me. Frankly, I feel I don't have any control in what IVs will appear nor will he appear at all because I've been playing day 1 and for him to appear now makes it seem the FEH gods have other characters (bartre) for me.

I do have a DB3 for him and the S support is currently BLyn (-spd)

Keep summoning is the only way, I'm sorry
But, really, if you can't wait, you can just 5 stars yours now while waiting for a +atk one, and when the +atk one comes, 5 stars it and merge your current one to the +atk one, it costs more feathers, but, if you are planning to use him in high tier arena, you will need him merged anyway, so, it's really win-win in the end

Your IVs are not bad, if it was a -ATK then it probably isn't worth the investment.

If you really don't have a decent blue mage then it might be good to invest in Reinhardt and if you have the relevant SI fodder to make him viable then you should. I had a +Res - DEF Reinhardt and even though he wasn't +ATK he certainly wasn't a terrible unit because with SI and horse emblem buffs made him very usable.

Don't believe you only need +ATK Reinhardt, not everyone is so lucky or able to whale.
