Why does ATK for level 1 heroes on IV calc never match game

I've been trying to use the IV calculators for which characters I want to invest in, but it's difficult, because at level 1 the stats, usually only ATK in the actual game, are drastically different than the calculator. For example, I pulled a 4* Raven. At level 1 in the game I see:

Hp 18
Atk 13
Spd 4
Def 5
Res 4

In the Calculator, I see
Hp 18
Atk 8
Spd 9
Def 5
Res 4

Attack values in the game never matches the IV calculator for me, and in this case, speed is way off too. What gives?

IV calculator is outdated and never fixed, just go to the page for that character and the correct lv 1 and lv 40 stats at all rarities and iv values are listed.

you also seem to forget that he has a weapon equipped. His Brave Axe. which adds to attack and subtracts from speed so try accounting for that.

Look at the speed he is expecting, no doubt he added the weapons in.

So yeah. Stats on IV calculator et al assume NOTHING is equipped. Remove weapon (and A skill if applicable) and the level 1 stats will match the charts.

Weapons all have their own Might (abbreviated "Mt"), which adds to a character's attack stat. Brave weapons also reduce speed by 5.

The IV calculator uses stats with no skills attached, not even weapons.

So with Brave Axe, your Raven's speed is actually 9 and his attack is 8.

You have to unequip te weapon and others abilities that max the hero stats.
