Why do you like Beast units in FE?

As the question suggests, what are your reasons for liking them? My reasons are how most have really cool designs, most have actually pretty good personality and aren't 1 dimensional with a few exceptions. Many in Path of Radiance through their rps grow as characters with a few exceptions or are just really entertaining. Also in Path of Radiance and Fates they were really good for the most part. In radiant dawn not as much but more of due to how hard Radiant Dawn could be. Awakening they are alright. In my first playthrough of Path of Radiance, Lethe got me through some tough fights, and thr beastkin in Fates either are hard to kill or do a lot of damage. Feel free to say why you dislike beastkin as well. Let's get a talk going
