Why do some people not want Beast units in FE Heroes?

I can really only think of 2 reasons.

A. They don't like the beast characters
or
B. They are afraid of the massive power-creep that is sure to follow them.

Either way it seems like a silly argument since there would be little harm to adding them at this point.

Who are these people you're talking about?

I see a lot of people wanting beast units, and rarely anyone objecting it.

I guess the main hate is the lineup.
Beast units were hyped for colourless physical melee units, after legendary robin it gave people hope for this unique niche.
But the beast unit lineup consists of the two from awakening and like 4 from fates.
The fatesawakening thing is getting old, not that people hate them, just that they want some other games in here.
Also, considering the small lineup, it’s like the dragon lineup of old, an extremely small lineup doesn’t help when creating a team surrounding them.
