Why did my new summon disappear?

So, question:
Has anyone summoned a hero, and had them not show up in their box? Like, my orb count is correct (after the summon), but no hero. This is BIZZARE

Did you check your sort settings? Made sure they have a heart? Didn't send them home or create a Combat Manual out of them by accident? If not, you might want to send an inquiry to IS.

Just to make sure I didn’t have a stroke or something I checked my manuals again. Not there and still not in the box. Crazy - I went right from the summon to the box (like 2-3 seconds).

Uncheck favorites and all other sortings and sort by obtained. It shows ur most recent heroes if you go all the way down
