At best, he could be used as a magic soak with Divine Tyrfing and Deflect Magic seal. So even if mages double him, the 2nd attack's damage will still be reduced significantly and all the while your special is charged. Still a higher investment would be DC+QR on him.

I use him like this and he's quite fun, but it is expensive.

I'm actually quite happy that Celica gets a refine because she really got power crept by several red mages. And speed push for example is basically the skill of her book but with less knockback.
And I like Celica.

Sigurd is arguably the worst main character in FEH but I don't really mind using him anyway. Don't like his art.

Dude, most post cyl weapons dont get a refine, cause they are already better than pre cyl ones.
