Why can't I play Heroes?

I know that this is more of questions about gameplay and stuff but rn I'm missing out on the Tempest Trial since my phone (android) is broken. I tried playing on my IPad Mini and was able to download the file, however my game crashes no matter what before I can do anything in the game (I can still press start and go to the home screen but trying to do anything after that it crashes). My device isn't jail broken, I've tried to reinstall the game and restart and all that crap but nothing works. Please help me!!!

It seems like this is more of a hardware problem than anything else. Unfortunately, it seems older devices have a harder time keeping up with game assets since they tend to "burn out" more frequently.

That's the *exact* thing I went through throughout the first two Trials or so. I actually laid off for a full month at first (a bit after SI arrived or so). My phone died off, and my only source was through a computer. I wasn't very motivated to play on emulator (let alone the fact that they're killing it through each patch).

Long story short, I also tried it on my iPad Mini for ages. If your's is the same model as mine, just seems it might be incompatible. iOS update checks out, but I think it's hardware related. My iPhone 5s runs it like a charm, and I hadn't had problem since.

Your best bet is either hitching a cheap android phone or see if you can at least get the iPhone 5s and above. Try looking for emulators that still run it, but I'm haven't looked much into that past the latest patch.
