Im kinda confused here, anyone can explain this mess to me?
Not only does it not make any sense as a good build, but im pretty sure it scores less than her normal breath weapon.

Probably to try something different? They have her at +10, and they're in Tier 20, I'm assuming?

So yeah, they're probably just trying something different. You don't need every unit to have every skill slot filled with the highest-scoring skills possible to stay in Tier 20, especially if you whale/save tons of orbs.

It's literally just the downgrade to her prf though. It's not a unique and different weapon. It's like equipping Ayra with her steel sword.
If you're going to meme you should at least use the lowest one, right?
