Whose Art Do You Think Needs A Redesign?

For me, its a toss up between Anna and her stumpy left arm, and (M)Grima who looks more cartoonish than menacing.

At least she got blessed with two new outfits

Lloyd and Cordelia. Cordelia looks much too somber given her cheery personality in Awakening. Lloyd is a skinny, pasty methhead when he's supposed to be buff and handsome.

I think Anna's art is just fine. IMO one arm isn't enough to merit a redesign.
In my opinion: L L O Y D, Raigh, Zephiel, Olivia, Cecilia, Ogma, Athena, Bartre, Oscar, Oboro, Rebecca, Arthur, Jagen, and Gunter.

The Vanilla unit art budget wasn't enough to buy 6 orbs. Thankfully the character designs have only gotten better and better

Gonna have to disagree with Arthur, Jagen and especially Gunther.
Their art's fine, Arthur looks like the comicbook heroe he is and the oldies rock the retro manga look.

That same look doesn't work as well for Zephiel and Ogma though

It's just me, though. I just find it hard to look at their art, sometimes.

Art is probably one of the most subjectieve things to talk about.
I can see why you'd dislike it, their art kinda stand out a bit much

Very true. I know it sounds stupid, but I find their art "outdated". To be fair, at the end of the day that style does well highlighting and matching their age and whatnot (referring to Jagen/Gunter).
At least their normal attacking and special art are unique.

I did'nt notice the stumpy arm that Anna has until like during CYL 2 when someone called it out, so I don't really mind it.

Too edgy for my taste, he looks like a bootleg yugioh villain. I can see why people would like him, its a cool design, I think it could be toned down a little

Ehh I'd be boring toned down.
Grima Robin is totally a full edge villain.

-OG Cordelia, preferably by the artist who did her seasonal variants. Both seasonals catch her essence better than the depressing-looking vanilla art.
-OG Nowi, who looks kinda...awkward. Her Halloween art looks way better.
-OG Jakob. Just...not feeling his art. His Halloween art is at least pleasant to the eyes.
-I do agree about Lloyd needing an art makeover.
-OG Eliwood. Those eyes...

Grima is amazing, don't diss him.

Seth is also kinda ehh in design.

I do feel we've been getting more great art, the further we've been in the game.
My favorite artist being Soeda Ippei

Ippei is a legend in his own right. He really knows how to make strong imposing figures and his action lines are outstanding.

It strikes a fine balance between a strong style and showing the characters personality.

Arden looks big, clumsy and awkward. But also friendly and earnest.
Dorcas is imposing and also pretty simple, with an air of indifference around him.
Walhart, just grand, stiff, heavy. And most of all: unbending. His special tears the ground asunder.
Garon, yet again big and imposing. But also somehow slimey, dishonest and regal at the same time.

Niles, his skin tone is so off he looks like his kidneys are failing.

Complete overhaul:
Raven, OG!Olivia, Pre-Sachiko Wada Lyn, any by Miwabe S*kura or Am*gaitaro, Athena, OG!Eliwood, Oboro, Laslow, Selena, Odin, Niles

Minor tweaks:
OG Eirika. Just look at regular Eirika’s art in comparison to Sacred Memories Eirika’s art and you can see how much Asatani Tomoyo has refined their artstyle

I’d also love to see Minerva drawn by Cuboon; I think their art style would fit her cool nature

Finally someone asking the important question.
Lachesis looks way too young. Clair's scrunched up face is disgusting. Athena... not sure what it is. Serra, her eyes are peach instead of white. Rebecca's eyes are like 50 shades of neon green and it's unsettling and hard to look at plz fix. Eliwood, his eyes and head shape feel so off.

Maybe they could fix minor anatomical issues like Anna's left arm and Sophia's Alolan Exeggutor neck, but otherwise, I don't have any problem with any of the artwork.
