Whos using and foddering Jamke?

I'm personally very conflicted. I like his art, voice, especially skills. They all kind of incline me to use him. But Heavy Blade fodder is amazing as the only unit who has it, PoR Ike, is extremely rare. And I know people are going to say, 'Why not use the seal?'. Because what if I have multiple units who want Heavy Blade? (Which I do) Can't use a single seal for all of them at once.
So I need to think some things out in using him or not. But what are you guys going to do with him? Build or Fodder?

How about a third option; Bench.

I don't fodder away 95% of the free units, simply because they're limited. Even though I might not use em.

The only exception so far is Marisa. Infantry pulse is just a step too high.

No offense, but that's pretty dumb. I never saw people's idea of just having character sit there and take up space in the barracks when they're not of any use (whether for fodder or actual use). If they at least have something important to offer in terms of skills, then why not?

Is there some sort of "collector's mentality" regarding this I'm missing? If that's the case, then it's what it is and I have nothing agaisnt it.

I don't really find benching free units to be dumb. You get three copies of said unit for free in this case and if you have literally no use for it (either for skill inheritance or for actual use), then I see nothing wrong with just letting it stay in your barracks for when you eventually find some use out of it. Sending the unit home for a couple of feathers is not really worth it, considering its limited status.

This issue will be completely trivialized once those combat manuals (or whatever they are called) are released and you'll be able to just have one copy of that hero in your barracks and send the other two out as combat manuals, so that they don't even take up space.

All he will give me is 5000 feathers from HM, he doesn't have anything worth foddering off. Heavy blade is much better as seal

I'm honestly not sure. He's a good free archer. I mean, he has the highest attack out of all archers in the game if you don't count IVs. But still, he doesn't really seem like all that useful, although he has a slightly better statline compared to Clarisse, and F!Takumi at least has a niche with his Skadi. So i'm not totally sure as of yet

I'll probably just keep one and fodder the rest. Can't fodder all free units because they're limited. Not building him, for sure. The only archer I've built is WF!Hinoka because of her niche in Flying Emblem.

I won't be using/foddering Jamke anytime soon.

Though, the only time I will be using him is when he gets a GHB revival and the quests require him to beat himself up for it.

For me, both. I want to make him as good as possible, and a Felicia I'm building appreciates his Cancel Affinity.

Just foddered one copy for CA on Kaze. I may fodder the other two copies since I am not really interested in building him due to the amount of other bow users in my roster.

Update: I'll probably keep the 3*, to give him a chance.

Free Heavy A-slot? I'll take it.

I'll 5* and and build a copy. More as a "collectable" and because I find it fun to use the different units from time to time.

From my perspective, it's really no different from pulling a new 5* from the next banner. Let's be honest, how many are using Ryoma Dancing Samurai on their main team?

I'll fodder the other copies for skills as I find a need.

One 4* will get to lv40 in case he's used a F2P guide for something, 1 will stay as Heavy Blade fodder, 1 was binned. Seriously, Cancel Affinity, why that of all skills. I realised the only units I have with it, come with it.

He falls under the category of husbando, so I'll promote one to keep and merge the rest eventually. I doubt I'll use him regularly, though. My Archer pool is crowded enough as it is, and unfortunately he doesn't quite match up to most of them.
