Who's a better fighter, Sharena or neutral Ephraim?

Obviously they're both fantastic support units, and I think either one can be more useful than the other in that capacity depending on circumstances. But I'm really curious if anyone has any insight into which one is better when a team needs blue firepower or tanking in addition to support. Sharena has better speed, but Ephraim has better attack and def, and I can see pros and cons for both. Thoughts?

Ephraim is better buffer. Sharena is better debuffer.

Other than that, Sharena has better states spread.

If we're strictly looking for whom is the best fighter, It's Ephraim.

Yes, Speed is extremely important for a fighter, but so are mobility and damage, and Ephraim definitely got that. He'll get doubled, but at least he can retreat safely way better than an armor unit can.

Also, I heard red units are still overly populated, and Brave Lyn is in season, so there's that.

You are confusing Sharena and Sheena.

Ephraim has monstrous attack and moonbow out of the box. He needs to be reworked in passives, mainly a better B, and a different C depending on what you want him to do, but he can be a versatile fighter and buffer, which makes him a great unit.

I find that giving triadepte and lancebreaker turns Ephraim into a very good fighter and really mitigate the bad spd. He is much better than Sharena I think

If we ignore their support functions... I think Sharena is the better fighter. She has less attack and defense, but speed is far more important. Any speed boosting A Slot, like Fury or Life & Death, will enable her to survive much longer than any Ephraim build in the mage heavy meta. Any build that Ephraim could be given to improve his match-ups Sharena can run nearly as well (such as Lancebreaker) while still being generally more useful. Granted, IVs give Ephraim the edge.

All that said... I think Ephraim is the better support unit due to the awesome power of blade tomes.
