Mine is Hana. I have enough copies of her. Call me crazy, but I want to save up all the feathers and go from +0 to +10 at once. I just think it'd be kinda awesome.
Now if only I could get a +atk version of her. +Spd's okay for now.
Fir, currently at +3. Although I only have 2 extra copies at 3* and sadly I've had no luck summoning her since the mass demotions occurred. It's the one time I've found the mass demotions to be any kind of detriment for myself, the fact that now there are so many more 3*-4* reds that it's harder to get the one non-5* red I need.
Definitely I actually tried summoning hoping to get her at 3*-4* with only 13 orbs to use but instead got rewarded with an Ares, like it's not Fir like I wanted but I can't complain about getting Ares. I more just kinda wish Heroes had a trading mechanic for 3* like I'm sure there are plenty of people with extra 3* Firs sitting around that I would love to have, just like there are probably people that would love to have these 3* Lon'qus and Laslows I have lying around that I'll likely never use.
That system would be extremely useful, but then you run into the problem of multi-accounting.
Even forcing you to link to a Nintendo account wouldn't work, because people could make another account, and trade with themselves.
Hopefully IS finds a way around that problem, so we can trade units without it being exploitable.
Maybe make it after all if the story is done and extremely limited. I know other games like runescape for example are hiding exploitable things behind a couple of hours of content, so at least they have to work for it. Or do it like the wondertrade in pokemon where its 100% random lol
I have two main merges as of right now: a +Atk -Res Corrin (M) and a +Def -Res Beruka since it seems a lot of those are appearing in my barracks when i summon. Alongside them there is my +Atk -Def Marth and i'm waiting for a better one cause a bane in Def is really me. Also Maria cause like right now i have 4 4* Marias and one 5* that is +Atk -HP so i think a merged healer with those IVs might be very strong
Currently working on Soren. He's halfway there, plus I got a 4* (originally a 3) and a 3* of him waiting for feathers, so I'll need 3 more as well as a bunch of feathers. Hopefully I can get a version of him that's better than +spd -atk (the one I got when he came out, currently the base)...
I feel that when it comes to his ivs. I've actually only been able to summon a single copy of Soren that is +spd/-atk. But he is probably my second favorite green mage that I have, behind only WT!Olwen because she's just stupidly good with horse buffs. But as a green mage tank/green mage unit outside of horse teams he's my go to especially with the Chill Atk from his Wind's Brand.

Choosing between all the blue armors to 5*+10 was pretty easy since 2 are seasonal, 1's locked at 5-star and is premium armor fodder, 1's a Tempest trial unit that isn't being rerun anytime soon and I don't much care for Effie. Never liked her in fates and never got pity broken by her at all when she was available at 5-star.
Plus Gwendolyn is adorable and I love Cherami's voice

My first ever merge project. Didn't think I would EVER make a +10...but here we are, in like 2-3 weeks (obviously, with some feathers saved up). I'm basically half way there. Didn't think any character was worth the trouble (the only two I are very limited)...but to do this for such a bad character, the action HAS to speak for itself.
And, yeah. He's pretty mediocre right now. But I know I'll make him into a beast once I get the tools I'm looking for (and +Res/NotMinusHPOrAtk).
Hawkeye. he was my first five-star green. And I like that he is all Zen and contemplative, and then when he gets a good level or triggers his special, he goes nuts.
I have also had a plus attack minus speed variant now for over a year, which are perfect IVs. I took the plunge about 3 months ago, and then I found out he was being made a 3/4 star. I I'm still sitting at a plus 6. but I am terrible at saving feathers because I have a lot of projects, so I will upgrade them as I get them rather than saving up feathers.
Unless I pull another Hawkeye, My next 40000 feathers are going to Gunther, then wrys. They will get a permanent slot on Team 2, along with 5* jagen. I am naming the team "old as dirt." still need red coverage but I figure adult Tiki will suffice if I can't think of anything else.
Also shooting for a maxed masked Marth. Sitting at 40+5 and I have been waiting for her to drop as a tempest trial reward FOREVER.
I just finished Raven, I'm looking for my next one. I'm leaning towards a ranged unit. I have a really good Lilina and I love her DB3 refine, but I also have an excellent Sothe and can't even imagine what a refine on him would do.

I keep getting Brave Lyn as pity breakers whenever I roll colorless, which was really cool but now I'm at +10 and have 4 extra...
Nowi: She sits at +6 and will be +7 once I get the feathers, but I still need to find 3 more copies after that. Her IVs are pretty much what I consider ideal IVs for mixed tanking (+Res / -HP).
After that, it's either going to be Effie, Fae, or Lukas. (I'm heavily leaning toward Lukas because he is the one that I like the most out of the three, but I have more copies of Fae and Effie than I do Lukas.)
