Who would love using Fierce Stance Seal?

Ares, warhart, Wephraim, Lephaim.....anybody who doesnt like being close to allies since atk/def bond is better in most cases.

1shot build user like MGrima or WEphraim, or just any unit with skyhigh attack in general.

Baiters in general love this seal, especially if your bond skills are already used. You can use it on WEphraim, WFae, HMyrrh, WTharja, etc.

I actually put it on Spring Sharena so she gets +6 Atk, +4 Spd and +4 Res. Hardly the best option but I use her her a lot to bait blue tomes in AA.
