Who uses Warding Breath well?

Any unit who's weapon has distant counter inbuilt and with great mixed bulk (like dragons, +Res Dorcas, Fjorm, etc...)

Since her Res is abysmal, Waring Breath isn't nearly as good as Steady Breath, tho the main point is the extra +1 CD anyway. However she doesn't benefit from it as much as a mixed tank like Nowi, Fae, or Y!Tiki.

I chose an A!Tiki +Res but since yours would have warding breath it should be enough. You could also refine her weapon to increase her resistance if you think it won't suffice. She mostly takes physical opponents in my case since physical units are more common.
My Adult Tiki has steady breath so I chose a +Res to balance her stats and I gave her the +Def refinement. She takes most green mages pretty well but I always add a mage check to my team to be sure she doesn't get too hurt.

You should ask yourself what you'd want the patricular unit to survive. For instance, +res(-spd) Adult Tiki with Res refinement and Warding Breath, can, with a little support, survive Reinhardt.

I like to balance my dragons, so imo WB is perfect for A!Tiki and Nowi,a assuming none of them is -res.
