Who to use Bold Fighter on?

I'm F2P and pulled an extra Hardin a while back, and have been trying to decide who to fodder Bold Fighter to. Current top candidates are:
H! Jakob: +Res -Spd (I already gave him Brave Bow)
Zelgius: +Def -Res (Don't anticipate having Steady Breath available for him anytime soon; I do have a Warding Breath I could use, though I'm not sure that would pair well with the Res bane, and I have other non-armors I was considering for Warding Breath)
Effie: +Atk -Spd (She's my only option in consideration with much merging potential for me)
LA! Hector: +Def -Res (I do have Wrath fodder available and could do his double Wrath build as an alternative)

Leaning toward either Jakob or Zelgius, but having a hard time choosing. Thoughts?

Answers

I did the Bold Brave Bow set and he kills so much with ease I can highly recommend it. I would say if Effie is a possible merge project then she could make great use of it if she isn't running Brave Lance and Death blow as little survives that as it is.

If you aren't too worried about merging I would highly recommend H!Jakob as this build allows him to kill about anything :)

Jacob is probably the best choice, especially since he already has Brave bow.
Effie might also be good, but only if you're planning on merging her.

Just note that you shouldn't expect on building a +10 Jacob (or Zelgius) so that's the most important factor.

effie is also a nice option if you build her more for a player phase but with berkut's lance, her enemy phase is an even better investment
