Who should I use my Divine Dew on?

I was originally going to use the Dew on a Leo I was hoping to summon on his refine banner but had no luck getting him, and with the refining stones from the Voting Gauntlet I'll be able refine 2 legendary weapons, so I want to refine just 1 legendary weapon out of what I have.

Units I can refine:

+Spd -HP Marth
+Def -HP Lucina
+Atk -Def Caeda
+Atk -Res Hinoka
+Spd -HP Soren
+Def -Atk Jaffar

Out of these lot, who should get their weapon upgraded with their extra effects?

My heart says Caeda, but my mind says Jaffar. Caeda’s a hella useful unit, but unless you have flier emblem, Jaffar is probably the best of those refined.

Just realized I made an error in Jaffar's IVs, he's actually -Atk +Def, my bad.

In terms of Caeda, I do have good flier emblem team that consists of her, F!Morgan, Cherche and New Year Azura if that helps.

You should go for Caeda then, with her sword, she will be a great asset to the team and will be able to KO many foes with a low cooldown special that does a lot of damage like Iceberg

Welp, i would wait for the new refinements that comes next week, but if i have to choose i would pick jaffar. His AoE is absurd, and with fury+vantage he can solo maps.

You should wait for the new refinements next week before you spend your dew. But from your list I would say the order of general usefulness would be:
Ceada > Lucina = Marth >>> Hinoka > Jaffar = Soren

You have a perfect IV Caeda, and she is nuts with her refinement even without a flier emblem. She solos most Armor emblem teams.
Lucina and Marth are very valueble since dragons are very common right now, Marth is criminally underrated, since he can be put in every team and he will work no matter what, providing a check against dragons and buffing the rest of your team is very good.
Hinoka is pretty strong, but lkacks versitality, since she can only work in a flier emblem team. Jaffar and Soren aren't that strong even with the refinement.

Soren is amazing now, awesome utility, best global debuff in game!!!
Marth is rhe only other consideration, all the others are marginal units...

Depends what you want to accomplish. If you want more coins and refining stones, you want to be competitive in arena AND assault.

Dragons and armored are the most common things in the highest tiers of arena and assault, so you will want as many Falchions as you can get to get that perfect run. Marth, Lucina, and Caeda are your best bets if arenas are something you want to compete in. However they are far more applicable for Assault than for the original arena, since they have low-ish BST.

What I do though, is once i get my 900 feathers for defense score, I'll move these kinds of heroes into my defense team for the rest of the week, and usually I get a ton of defenses with them. I call them run busters. Doesn't help your score or rewards, but it's fun to see.

But honestly, you can't go wrong with any of your choices. They all have benefits depending what your teams look like.
