who should i give vengeful fighter to

so on the thracia banner i was pitty broken by a grima and i already have one with the same ivs and i want to see if who would benefit from vengeful fighter. the units who could use it are

these are all my armor units who i think would benefit from the skill but who would like the skill more. pls help and thanks for feedback
