Who should I give Swift Sparrow to?

I have five units in mind that I'm considering using one of my Brave Lyns for.

Siegbert (using Dark Greatsword)
Elincia (using Amiti)
Bride Cordelia (has Brave Bow build)
Soleil (using Wo Dao+, though I might have her use Firesweep Sword too)
Catria (going to have her use Firesweep Lance)

Let me know if there is any other units that could make very good use of Swift Sparrow. Which is a LOT of them.

I would recommend putting it on Elincia and Bridal Cordelia, as the Swift Sparrow buff applies twice when attacking, making them extremely powerful.

Siegbert already has a built-in Swift Sparrow 2 with Dark Greatsword, so there really isn't any point in putting it on him.

Soleil and Catria's ATK and SPD are decent enough to not having to rely on Swift Sparrow, unless you want to further capitalize on it with Firesweep weapons.

I'd say Bridelia or Seigbert. Seigbert bc double stacking swift sparrow is ridiculous and strong. bridelia bc she wants to hit hard but also quad. Elincia, not so much - because the best elincia sets should be running deathblow, and annihilating things in her first hit, quad sets are less effective overall on her imo.

You're not mentioning their IVs. But Elincia should slay her mark with the first two blows unless you have unfortunate IVs.

I also recommend the Firesweepers or probably Bridelia if she's anything like Setsuna.

Hmm, Seigbert would be good as it would effectively by +8 to both atk and spd. Elincia already has deathblow, which may arguably be better as a) if she kills on the first two blows, no retaliation on a squishy unit and b) is likely more reliable, as Amiti combined with swift sparrow is only +2 speed. Firesweep users arguably want life and death, as it's +5 to both stats and firesweep users shouldn't be getting hit on enemy phase anyway. So I guess Seigbert and bride crodelia seem like the best options.

I would give it to maybe Seigbert and Elincia, ONLY if she has a SPD boon and is running a full Spd set; these other units might as well as use Life and Death honestly lol, it would suit them much better lol- really, you might want to save it for sometime in the future, cuz both Siegbert and Elincia come with Death Blow, which in most cases is probably better as they usually always hit twice anway with their high speeds
