Who should I Give Corrin (F)'s skills to?

I got a 5-star female corrin from the new banner with litterally the worst IVs imaginable: -spd and +res. I already have a nowi as a blue dragonstone unit and I don't think it is worth sacrificing my 5-star Alm to give her windsweep for a debuff build with -speed. Who could use Corrin (F)'s skills? (Dark breath, draconic aura, seal res 3 and hone attack 3)

Draconic aura and hone attack are both really good skills. Honestly, they both work so well with so many different sets that I would use them on any high-tier unit lacking a special or c-slot skill

Corrin F is common enough, so draconic aura, hone atk and seal res aren't worth losing a 5* for.
However, dark breath+ is a different matter altogether. It's a really powerful debuff. Any dragon can inherit it, so give it to Fae, Ninian, Y Tiki... Nowi has a better breath attack, so don't give it to her, but any other dragon can make use of it.

Sacking an entire 5 star Corrin just for skills like draconic aura or hone attack is really unadvisable since you can get from a 4 star Corrin which is common enough. If anything I would have a dragon inherit her Dark Breath+ which is incredible at debuffing. If you have a Fae she can use it pretty well, or Ninian with along with windsweep so she can dance/debuff when needed. Otherwise I would just let her sit there for a while because seal skills are very situational, and hone attack is common enough from 4 stars including olivia as well. Draconic Aura is good, but also not worth sacrificing a 5 star over.
