Who should I give bold fighter to?

Just pulled a spare B!Hector, and I don't have any other units with bold fighter, so I'm wanting to inherit him, but I can't decide who into..

Is a +spd -hp H!Jakob still worth using with bold fighter? Then if a banner comes up with more Jakobs I can just merge into one with good IVs?

Alternatively, I could go for my +def -spd Surtr, but he's already serviceable with wary fighter, whereas H!Jakob is pretty bad without bold fighter as far as I can tell. I just keep reading people saying how much of a monster he is damage-wise, and I'm tempted to test it out. Is it worth on such bad IVs?

Jakob is a good choice. Better would be giving it to Zelgius or Gwendolyn that is more available. If Jakob is just going to sit at +0 forever, it would be much better on a unit that will someday be +10'd.

I gave my only fodder to Effie with a Slaying Lance for Galeforce based fun. Jakob is a good user of it with a Brave Bow as he'll always quad and hit with Moonbows/Ignis. If you would use him on armour teams then he's worth it even with bad IVs but it's best to give it to a unit you'll use a lot and, ideally, merge.

Your IVs on Jakob are close to neutral. You have the best bane that isn't spd, and he might even occasionally dodge a double if you leave him in range of some slow unit.

The only stat that really matters on his bold fighter build is atk. You don't have a bane there, so I would say you're in business.
