Who should I give atk/spd bond to/Should I merge my Lyns?

I pulled another valentines lyn and I was wondering if I should give atk/spd bond to anyone... If not, I'll give guard to someone.

Edit: Sorry It's vague.
Original's IVs are +def -spd and new's IVs are +atk -spd.

The one I use is +def -spd because. I mean. I'm indifferent about that. I gave her Blue gift +spd. The new one is +atk -spd. I think I should just merge them but...
