Who should I add to my team?

My team consists of Linde (+Spd, -HP), Young Tiki (+Spd, -Res) and Kagero (+Atk, -Res). My other units are:
5*: Adult Tiki (+Atk, -HP), Lilina (+Def, -Spd), Tharja (+HP, -Def) and Ephraim (+HP, -Def).
4*: Marth (unknown IV's), Sharena, F-Corrin (unknown IV's), Ursula, Nino (+Atk, -Def), Setsuna (unknown IV's), Maria (+Spd, -HP).
3*: Anna.
2*: Alfonse.
I was thinking about upgrading Nino or Sharena, but it will be pretty hard as I only have 3714 feathers. The other option is using Ephraim or Tharja despite their average IV's.

Personal opinion, Olivia would complete your team. You got 3 really good characters with strong IVs. Olivia would honestly allow you to do the best with the characters that you have. Nino would complete your team though if you opted for a damage dealer.

Yeah, you're right! A dancer would be perfect for my team, but there's a problem. I already got both Olivia from the hero battle and sent them home (yes, I was that stupid lol), so I can't get her that easily now. I'm trying to get Azura or Ninian, so meanwhile I'm using Nino and she does pretty well on Arena even though she's a 4*. Thanks for the reply :)
