Who should I 5* Next?

I’m building Dragon emblem once again and I can’t decide who to 5*. I have both Nowi and F Corrin with good IVS but I’m torn who to pick. Nowi is Spd+ Hp- and Corrin is Atk+ Hp-.

Nowi is practically a staple in every Dragon Emblem team. It's pretty much "required" to have a Nowi if you're using Dragon Emblem. So you might as well 5* her first.

Nowi has lightning breath. DC is better than debuff. Nowi goes first.

Nowi for days, bruh! Seriously, Nowi outclasses F Corrin in almost every way.

Even if you don't like Nowi, you'll want to pass her Lightning Breath+ on to another dragon. Which is a joke, you'll not regret using Nowi.

F Corrin is more of a niche debuffer, but when compared to Nowi, she just can't stand up to the competition..

Female Corrin has something Nowi doesn't have, which is good speed. With a speed boon, she hits 37 speed unbuffed. Now, with the addition of Hone Dragons, she can hit 43 speed, and that's not including other possible skills that you could give her, not to mention Corrin has better physical bulk than Nowi.

Nowi is a better unit in terms of raw power and resistance, but Corrin is better in terms of speed and physical defense.
