Who should get wrath?

I think Zelgius. I sure wouldn’t want to tank a Wrath empowered Black Luna lol.

Amelia has potential but I think Wrath is a great option for Zelgius, unless you’re already running Quick Riposte/Vantage and think he doesn’t need more damage. In that case, give it to Amelia.
