Who should get Res Ploy?

So I forgot I got a pretty bad iv Gunnthra a while ago, and was thinking on foddering her for Res Ploy.
So who should get it? Feel free to recommend anyone.
I’m also thinking about making Sakura as a merge project, who will be running wrathful absorb, CC, and QR.
But besides Sakura, who else should get it?

Micaiah, especially a DB, Desperation, BA seal set could benefit from Res ploying her enemies. She's who I gave res ploy to from an extra Sonya a while back.

Other high res mages could make use of it for increasing their damage while making use of their res. Exceptions being Arvis, Saias, and Katarina with her unique tome refined for its effect since all of their unique tomes have Res Ploy 2 built into them.

i was thinking about her potential with it because she already has res chill going and you cant really control where that goes, why not choose another enemy to have an advantage on?

Good mobility and Res to help the process. Wrathful refined Gravity (or other staff). Her speed is not that low so she can avoid some double in combat too

Who doesn't love a clumsy maid? Also, he res stat is HUGE, only surpassed by seasonal mages. Meaning you can run 2 ploys and her Glacies does *a lotta damage* She is also fairly easy to +10 since she is found at 3* and 4* and the colorless pool isnt saturated at all

It's good on Fae and other high res dragons as it helps soften up melee opponents who are not affected by adaptive damage.
