Who should get infantry rush?

So my wind team is my main/infantry team and I am a F2P player, so inheriting valuable skills is something I do carefully.
on the pic I got my last edition to the team, which is F!Robin. I wanted to use a character from Heroic grails and she happend to be a nice counter to those pesky brave Lyns and Reinhardts.
BUT main problem, should I give infantry rush to her or to Owain??
Owain double his special anyway thanks to his weapon, but I worry that Robin won’t have the atk stat to trigger it against for example
Rein.
any tips would be nice :)

Infantry rush belongs on a team where characters have really high atk like Lilina or Bartre.

Also, you probably want a team that's at least 3/4 infantry. F.Robin belongs on a tactics team which would function pretty poorly with 3 infantry units.

Owain I find to be a questionable candidate if you even consider aether on him because he'll one-round aether every time with Missiletainn + heavy blade and he's a good candidate for stacking a lot of atk, maybe breaking 60 atk which is pretty reliable for heavy blade.

Take this, for example. DC is maybe a bit dubious on such low res, but if there's a lot of aether going on maybe he's ok. And you can use special spiral with atk/def bond maybe, if you want the aether to activate immediately. But with the bond and spur atk/spd on his ally support he's at 61 with no merges.

I mean he doesn't HAVE to use F.Robins Spectum Tactics refine, he could use Def if he wants to run CC better, or Res to tank G/B Mages even better which by the looks of it is what he is running on her

Inf. Rush doesn't effect the unit it's on if I'm not mistaken so putting it on him is a bad idea because then he could get a Special charge when he attack too if he gets effected by it, and by the looks of your unit's F.Robin has the lowest Attack Stat so she should be the one to get it

And by the way F.Robin once merged to +1 the Feb update will give her one additional Hp/Atk and hopefully 1 more Def but it might be spd since all 3 Atk/Spd/Def are all 29 it's hard to tell which one of the 2 will get the extra 1 stat, so after the Feb update and she reache's +10 and you stay with +Res refine her stats will be 47/48/33 (34)/33 (34)/29
