Who should get death blow 4?

I'm fortunate enough to have a spare brave Celica but I have two candidates for her death blow 4.
Candidate one is a Effie +10 (+atk,-spd)with brave Lance plus that I use in my arena squad. It would of course increase my Arena score and would make her that much more badass.
Candidate two is a Reinhardt +8 (+atk,-spd) who is Godly at doing all the infernal and abyssal grand hero battles

I'm torn, which one do you think I should put it on?

I've been telling everyone this. I'd wait. I think there's a good chance that you'll probably be able to get it without foddering her off for it.

Were the other replies not good enough that you had to ask a second time?

The real question here is do you invest in PvE or PvP? Which side is easier for your army to handle? Which side needs more improvement. Effie will make your arena team broken with that. She can ORKO a lot of units without bold fighter or taking a hit. Reinhardt makes PvE mostly pathetically easy. But how much would it actually help Reinhardt? 4 extra damage might not go all that far when he's already killing about everything at the PvE level. Whereas 4 damage vs high def arena units might go a little further. I'd say go for Effie.

I'd go with Effie. If she ever gets a personal weapon she'll finally have a unit score of 746 and she'll be even more of a beast. If Reinhardt's already godly then, you're basically wasting it on him. Like others have already mentioned, I'd wait a couple months before doing anything.
