Who should get Armor March?

I was blessed with the Horse Banner and got another Amelia with the same IVs as my main one. I am an abid Armor Emblem user, so I am thinking of who should get Amor March. My armor units are:
H!Henry (Has it)
Brave Lance Effie (Probably strongest contender, but she is always paired with H!Henry due to weapon and Ally Support)
Winter Tharja
Winter Lissa
H!Jakob
Black Knight
Arden (I don't use him)

Sure she would do. Since you like her the most. Especially if she has Bold Fighter on.

If you're consistently pairing up Effie and Henry, I would take one of your red units and pair them up with any other color (Jakob can work for rainbow).

If using Jakob, I would probably lean towards BK having Armor March so you don't have too many ranged units without Close Counter.

If using a melee character (Lissa, Amelia, Arden) you can consider giving it to Tharja (who is potentially better long-term since even if she's seasonal, will be summonable again in comparison to BK who won't be).

tl;dr: BK or Tharja depending if you're using ranged/melee as their partner (respectively).

Tharja if you decide to use blade or owl tome on her, so all her other armor buddies near or next to her boost her damage dealt.

You know how to spread buffs over the whole team, right? If you decide on two buffs (for example Hone Armor and Armor March) you will need the two buffers of it to stand next to each other. So Effie might be the best choice.
