Who should get aether?

+atk Nowi (+2,but no breath, damn you Ike!)

Ayra (Swift Sparrow, +atk one)

Maybe my -atk F! Celica? it would fix her a bit (Lnd and HB seal)?

Or maybe you guys have better idea? i have one useless normal Ike, but i dont want to merge him (ike i got long ago is also poorly balanced), maybe my +atk Ishtar (+HB seal) ?

I dont rly feel like any of my units needs it (my arena team is Titania, A!Tiki, Catria + fotw, and they have better specials imo)
