Who to replace for Kagero?

Just summoned a Spring Kagero on the new banner with perfect IVs (+ATK -DEF). Problem is, I don’t have room for her on my current flier team. I use a team of Minerva (+ATK - HP), NY Azura, Elincia (+HP -ATK), and Cordelia (+SPD -HP).

Minerva is +2 merged and runs a unique Fury-Vantage-Heavy Blade-Aether build. She’s probably my favorite flier unit atm.

I use Elincia’s base kit currently with moonbow and she does quite well for me despite her awful IVs, as she can OHKO most units and has great range due to flier formation.

For Cordelia, I use a Firesweep-Heavy Blade-Galforce build, and she can wipe out three units at once with a single Azura dance for support.

As you can probably tell, I have no desire to really get rid of any of team, but I still want to include Kagero on there. Should I use her over one of my other units, and if so, which one?

I would say replace Minerva, if you really want to use Kagero. I personally don't like having 2 of the same color on a team. NY!Azura should be able to do something to blues. Also, isn't -Def her best bane?

I say replace NY!Azura. Having even color distribution on a team is nice.

Eh, NY Azura is critical to my team, since she has Hone fliers and can sing. She can’t do much offensively though, which is why I use Minerva on the team as well.

If you need much points on Arena the only option is Azura.

But if that not the case you should keep everyone, is a solid team.
Kagero will fail to kill much enemies and debuffs are not amazing or gamebreaking.
Minerva is a physical tank, is always good to have someone like that on a flier emblem.
The only thing that i can see Kagero doing is being a magical tank, if you have problems with mages she will have a place on the team, the Azura place.

Your team looks solid as is. So unless you want to weaken your abilities against a certain side of the weapon triangle or remove Azura, there is only one option.

Make a second flier team.

I’m having the same debate with my flier team right now, if your in the same boat as me you are just trying get setup for when Kagero is a bonus unit. So far, I’d say Elincia/Cordelia/NY Azura works best. Kagero’s debuffs don’t do much for the team, except help Azura secure the KO. Elincia and Cordelia do not really need the help besides receiving a hone fliers buff to take care of business
