Who to put as team lead for others to use in GC/RD?

It's been +10 Fir, Nameless Blade (eff), Aether, DC, Wrath, Spd Ploy, Flashing Blade.

But other options would be +10 Catria, Slaying Lance (+spd), Aether, CD, Guard, Atk Tactics, CD.

+6 Micaiah, Thani, Moonbow, DB4, Desp, Res Ploy, BA.

Or +6 H!Mia, Dazzling Gravity/Witchy Wand, Restore+, Miracle, Spd/Res Bond, WoM, Atk Tactics/Hone Fliers, Guidance.

Fir I have a friend with almost an exact same build and it's really good because she's insanely fast.

this have nothing related to your question, but how do people do to pull that many H!Mia ;-; really, i have spent 240 orbs and still no spooky witch lmao

Why.

I want to try out Fir. Been thinking about how she works with stuff like DC.

Mine has been my +atk Ephraim since around Launch. I just changed it to my +10 +spd Camilla though.

H!Mia would have some application in both game modes I think (I tend to disregard everything but fliers and cavalry for GC).
