Who to promote to 5*

i can’t decide who to promote to 5*
i mainly use fliers , which one should I promote
-roderick for foddering firesweep lance to shigure(neutral)
-+spd-hp camilla
- +atk-res Cherche
-+atk-hp Palla (i was thinking to give her zanbato from a -spd gray)
-neutral Caeda
-tailtiu for foddering blarblade to bridal ninian(+atk-hp)
I have this already built fliers
-Spring Kagero
-Elincia
-New year Azura
-Florina (with berkut lance+)
-Hinoka
-Valter
-Beruka
-Bridal Ninian (I builded her as an offensive blue tome)

Caeda is a great option which brings a lot of value to flier teams thanks to her weapon, but neutral IV is not worth it, because she desperately needs +atk (and preferably -def), so it might be worth waiting in her case.

Palla is not really worth it over a good IV Caeda.

Cherche is great with brave axe, but I kind of feel that she's outdated.

Camilla is great with her new axe upgrade, because it brings a new layer of buffs to other flying (and cav) teammates + you have the best IV for her, because spd is something that she needs to shine.

Not a big fan of those foddering promotions tbh.

From the things that you listed, I'd say that Camilla is your best bet in this case and she'll even fit into a large variety of teams thanks to her balanced stats and the ability to fulfill many diferent roles in a team. I could see her being with Est, Ninian and Elincia, where she would serve mostly as a support who'll be able to stand her own either by tanking mages/physical hits, or by dealing with many enemies on her own if that's ever needed (and also if your build allows for it).

Camilla is amazing on a flier team and spd is one of her best boons for all purposes. I don't love the HP bane, but it's one of the better options.

Also, the same thing that others have said about Palla - you're almost certainly better off with Caeda and the Wing Sword. Fantastic weapon, cannot praise it enough.

Dont Build Palla with Zanbato. Wait for +atk Caeda with legendary sword. 6 more speed and addiotional armor effectivness.
I would consider:
- Cherche (but she need brave axe to be a monster) is my favorite green flyer to use
- FS Lance for Shigure (but he would be better with some +atk/+spd nature)
- Bladetome flyers are always decenet, so B!Ninian

20k feathers are quite easy to obtain, so it dont realy matter that much. Pick what you want.

The rule I have for this is to do units with unique weapons first so that means choose Camilla (perfect IVs so I'd choose her) or Caeda. Caeda's Wing Sword really helps her but you may want to hold off for +Atk, she really needs the extra 4 from the superboon.

Cherche is the best unit on your list but you can 4* merge her and inherit a Brave Axe+ and Death Blow saving yourself 20,000 feather. I have her at 4*+9 and she's awesome. Same goes for Palla, unless you plan to do a 5* merge project for them.
