Who to promote to 5*

Hello! like a lot of ppl, now im struggling to decide which unit is worth upgrading

These are my current 5*
Xander, Olwen (quad build), Nino, Corrin-m, Klein, Shiida (l&d wo dao build), Minerva, Hector, Athena, Jeorge, Y-Tiki, B Lucina, B Charlotte, Lyn and Sakura

and these ones are my possible ones to upgrade:

Legion, Eliwood w fury 3 +SPD -RES, Subaki +ATK - RES, Zephiel, Felicia +SPD - DEF, Setsuna +SPD -HP, Donnel +ATK -RES and a Robin +ATK -RES

so yeah, hope u guys can help me :]

Oh and another thing, My Athenais +hp -atk, is still useful? or should i give my donnel sturdy blow

Answers

I would go with Robin (Olwen is your only blue mage and she plays a different role), Donnel (Charlotte is a better Brave Lance user if she's +Atk though) or Setsuna for the quad build if you have the sources.
And I would't give Sturdy Blow to Donnel, both Attack +3 or Death Blow 2 can do a better or a similar job (Death Blow 3 is better tho). I think you should wait to give someone that Wo Dao+.
